Working on Uppdoo felt like sculpting something delicate and bold at once. They are a boutique brand offering handcrafted leather goods and curated artisan items, and our goal was to build a site that mirrors that sense of craftsmanship and style.
Right from the start we were in close collaboration with their photography team. We proposed different visual directions, explored contrast, lighting, color treatments, and gave input on image selection. We also shared our own preferences while staying open to how they wanted their brand to be perceived. Eventually we landed on a photographic style that felt just right, one that blends elegance, tactility, and a hint of personality.
Because Uppdoo was still growing, the project felt extra exciting. They gave us freedom and trust to create without too many restrictions. We took that space seriously, designing with intention so the site could grow with them in product variety, visual expression, and brand voice.
One of our central tasks was to make the website the visual anchor for their product line. We crafted layouts, typographic treatments, hover states, and transitions that would highlight their bags, accessories, and home goods with clarity. Every detail from color palette to micro interaction was tuned to enhance the sense of premium and artisanal quality.
The collaboration with the Uppdoo team was one of the highlights. Their openness, passion for their craft, and willingness to try ideas made the process feel like a shared creative journey. When they trusted us to do our thing, it allowed us to push boundaries and refine details that otherwise would have gone unnoticed.
